| Gathering the buckets of sap..... |

| It's getting towards the end of the season...... |

| ...not quite as many buckets as earlier. |

| The guys are a little bummed...they want a "Gator" (so sad). |

| Picking up some firewood on the way to the wood shed. |

| Step two boiling the sap down on the evaporator.... |

| .....the evaporator (believe it or not) they think it could be used for a washing machine in the off season. |

| ...and more buckets await. |

| ...and we have enjoyed just a few of the delicious bene's so far...candied nuts, maple sugar cookies and french toast and syrup...next weekend we are trying Pork Loin w/ you guessed it..maple syrup. |
