Selling my pottery tools....Slab Roller, Extruder, and Kiln.
After over 30 years of doing pottery I am calling it quits. I have for sale my Brent SR 36 slab roller with a Bailey extruder attached to the table. The rolling table is a double pass and is in very good condition. The extruder has all the dies and they are stainless. And I am happy to report that I have sold the slab roller and extruder. They will be moving on to a new artist soon.

Old Window Photo Display....Moments.
Old window photo display...Moments.... upper right and left pane are missing and wire goes across both rows of windows. Can be hung securely from the wire or the hinges. This would make for a great display of black and white photos too. It will be for sale at Not So Shabby in Holland as of 4/15/14. Sold the black window, but have an identical window in Not So Shabby now and it's white...same price... $45.00.
Handmade tiles can be found on Etsy.
Going Green for spring!!
This was my first out-door spring project this year. Keith and I have lived here for over 20 years and the doors have been burgundy and blue....pretty mellow. Well, I took a big leap and tried "New Advocado" from the Lowe's new spring colors. No one quite believes me, but I used a free sample jar and did the door and the side lights. Also updated the door handles with some $1.00 cans of black spray paint that were only missing their caps. For that price if it is still too wild for Keith in the fall I can change it up again. :-)

Hutch with a new coat!!
My husband found this hutch at a garage sale a couple of years ago and we used it to display all of his copper pieces. It was just an ordinary dark brown stained hutch that someone had actually hand made
for his wife many years earlier. I refuse to pay the big $$$ for the specialty paints, glazes and wax, so I found some customer rejects for $3 a qt at Lowe's, made my own glaze and used Minwax to wax it. Now we like it so much better that we don't want to sell it right now...so it will live in our basement for a few more years and the copper really shines with the blue and gray color.
It's beginning to look a lot like.......SPRING!
